AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1262
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1262 as follows:
on page 1, line 15, after the period by inserting "This Section
shall not apply to any paid television programming, whether
transmitted by wire, cable, fiber optics, laser, microwave,
radio, satellite, or by similar means.".
