| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 965

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 965 by replacing | ||||||
| 3 | everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| 4 | "Section 5. The Autism and Co-Occurring Medical Conditions | ||||||
| 5 | Awareness Act is amended by changing Section 35 as follows:

| 6 | (410 ILCS 150/35) | ||||||
| 7 | (Section scheduled to be repealed on August 12, 2021)
| ||||||
| 8 | Sec. 35. Repeal. In order to consider the most innovative | ||||||
| 9 | medical study and research involving autism and co-occurring | ||||||
| 10 | medical conditions, this Act is repealed on January 1, 2027 5 | ||||||
| 11 | years after the effective date of this Act.
