AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 888
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 888, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
1, on page 4, by replacing lines 1 through 3 with the
following:
"(d) Until August 31, 2022, the number of bachelor's degree
in nursing programs approved by the State Board and the Board
of Higher Education shall not exceed 11. The following
community colleges are eligible for approval:
(1) William Rainey Harper College;
(2) Illinois Eastern Community Colleges;
(3) Illinois Valley Community College;
(4) Joliet Junior College;
(5) Kankakee Community College;
(6) College of Lake County;
(7) Lewis and Clark Community College;
(8) Lincoln Land Community College;
(9) Parkland College;

(10) Carl Sandburg College; and
(11) Moraine Valley Community College.
Until August 31, 2022, the number of enrolled students at
programs established under this Section shall not exceed 7,000.
(d-5) In evaluating applications for programs under this
Section, the State Board shall evaluate program delivery
methods and may not approve any program in which online
delivery is the primary program delivery method.".
