AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 888
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 888, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
1, as follows:
on page 4, line 3, by replacing "20" with "10"; and
on page 4, immediately below line 3, by inserting the
following:
"Until August 31, 2022, the number of enrolled students in
programs established under this Section shall not exceed 7,000.
(e) In evaluating applications for programs under this
Section, the State Board shall evaluate program delivery
methods and may not approve any program that is offered
entirely online."; and
on page 4, line 4, by replacing "(e)" with "(f)"; and
