on page 367, line 16, by replacing "average" with
"weighted-average"; and
on page 367, line 24, by replacing "average" with
"weighted-average"; and
on page 368, line 6, by replacing "average" with
"weighted-average"; and
by replacing line 26 on page 371 through line 9 on page 372
with the following:
"Daily Attendance.".
