AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 21
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 21 as follows:
on page 41, by replacing lines 24 and 25 with "(a-5.1), (a-8),
(b), or (d) of Section 1 or subsection (b) or (c) of Section
1.5 of this Act is guilty of a petty offense."; and
on page 44, by replacing lines 23 and 24 with "(a-7) of Section
1 and subsection (b), (c), or (d) of Section 1.5 shall be
distributed in the following manner:".
