| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Resolution 81 as follows:

| 3 | on page 1, line 4, after "non-citizens" by inserting "for | ||||||
| 4 | urgent humanitarian reasons"; and
| ||||||
| 5 | on page 2, after line 2, by inserting: | ||||||
| 6 | "WHEREAS, Business, civic, and social organizations seek | ||||||
| 7 | to support these families and assist them in seeking | ||||||
| 8 | employment and becoming self-sufficient; and"; and
| ||||||
| 9 | on page 2, line 9, after "seekers" by inserting "without | ||||||
| 10 | discriminating against those from the African diaspora".
