AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5593
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5593, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
2, on page 1, line 10, after "Education.", by inserting the
following:
"All projects procured using this delivery system shall comply
with Section 2-3.12 of the School Code and shall be subject to
review and approval by the State Board of Education."; and
on page 3, line 12, after "factors.", by inserting the
following:
"Price may not be used as a factor in the evaluation of Phase I
proposals."; and
on page 12, line 8, by deleting "cost".
