| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4967 | ||||||
| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4967 as follows: | ||||||
| 3 | on page 3, by replacing lines 8 through 10 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(4) Any State agency that is administratively enforcing | ||||||
| 5 | rights under this Section may adopt rules to create new | ||||||
| 6 | administrative enforcement options to implement that | ||||||
| 7 | enforcement."; and | ||||||
| 8 | on page 4, by replacing line 19 with the following: | ||||||
| 9 | "(f) No later than January 1, 2028, the Secretary of State | ||||||
| 10 | shall maintain a copy of the". | ||||||
