AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4725
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4725 on page 2, by
replacing lines 4 through 6 with the following:
"(b) The expiration date, renewal period, and conditions
for renewal and restoration of each license shall be set by
rule. The renewal period of each license shall be 5 years. The
holder".
