| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3961

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3961 on page 2 by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing line 2 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "designee, who shall serve as chairperson."; and
| ||||||
| 5 | on page 3, line 6, by replacing "January 1, 2020" with "on or | ||||||
| 6 | before June 1, 2020"; and
| ||||||
| 7 | on page 3, line 7, after the period, by inserting "Task Force | ||||||
| 8 | members shall select from amongst themselves a chairperson or | ||||||
| 9 | co-chairpersons at the initial Task Force meeting.".
