| 4 | 1 on page 2, by replacing lines 5 through 7 with the following: | ||||||
| 5 | ""Certified technician" means a person who is certified as | ||||||
| 6 | a Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing Bureau Technician by the | ||||||
| 7 | International Certification Board and accredited to comply | ||||||
| 8 | with ISO/IEC 17024, which is the conformity assessment | ||||||
| 9 | regarding general requirements for bodies operating | ||||||
| 10 | certification of persons, by the American National Standards | ||||||
| 11 | Institute in Testing Adjusting and Balancing or another | ||||||
| 12 | nationally recognized certifying body accredited to ISO/IEC | ||||||
| 13 | 17024 in testing adjusting and balancing.".
