AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3482 on page 1, by
replacing line 5 with "changing Section 20 as follows:"; and
on page 2, line 6, after "appoint" by inserting "within 90 days
of the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 101st
General Assembly,"; and
by deleting line 4 on page 4 through line 1 on page 5.
