AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3371 as follows:
on page 1, by replacing lines 16 through 19 with the following:
"prevention techniques shall last at least 2 hours."; and
on page 4, by replacing lines 11 through 14 with the following:
"shall last at least 2 hours.".
