| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3341 on page 12, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 17 through 21 with the following:

| 4 | "the Clean Air Act. "Stationary source" means generally any | ||||||
| 5 | source of air pollutant except those emissions resulting | ||||||
| 6 | directly from an internal combustion engine for transportation | ||||||
| 7 | purposes or from a nonroad engine or nonroad vehicle as defined | ||||||
| 8 | in Section 216 of the Clean Air Act.".
