AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3222
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3222 on page 1, line
4, by replacing "AN ACT" with "An Act"; and
on page 1, by replacing lines 18 and 19 with the following:
"public, this 30-acre parcel being more particularly described
under Section 10 of this Act."; and
on page 1, immediately below line 20, by inserting the
following:
"(P.A. 94-653, Sec. 10 rep.)
Section 10. "An Act concerning civil law", approved August
22, 2005, Public Act 94-653, is amended by repealing Section
10.".
