AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3142
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3142 on page 1, line
6, by replacing "this Section" with "this Act"; and
on page 5, immediately below line 13, by inserting the
following:
"Section 30. Civil immunity. Except for wilful or wanton
misconduct, no public college shall be civilly liable for
admitting an applicant pursuant to the provisions of this
Act.".
