AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3142
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3142 as follows:
on page 2, line 10, by replacing "State or federal law" with
"federal law or pursuant to Section 2605-327 of the Department
of State Police Law of the Civil Administrative Code of
Illinois or Section 10, 15, or 20 of the Medical School
Matriculant Criminal History Records Check Act, if
applicable"; and
on page 4, by replacing line 4 with "counseling, services, or
other guidance."; and
on page 4, line 25, after "certain", by inserting "professional
or".
