AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3004
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3004 as follows:
on page 1, line 5, by replacing "Sections 1-109.5 and 1-109.6"
with "Section 1-109.5"; and
on page 1, by replacing lines 9 through 14 with "investment
board, or retirement system may be employed by that pension
fund, investment board, or retirement system or by any vendor
of that pension fund, investment board, or retirement system
for a period of 12 months after he or she ceases to be a board
member."; and
by deleting line 15 on page 1 through line 6 on page 2.
