AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2649 on page 1, line
20, after the period, by inserting "A policy or procedure
adhering to the guiding principles of Section 106F-10 shall not
supersede a decision by a court having jurisdiction over the
best interest of the child.".
