AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2527
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2527, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
1, as follows:
on page 3, line 1, after "implementation.", by inserting "A
non-profit eligible applicant shall operate this program only
within the jurisdictional authority of the regional
superintendent of schools, the chief administrator of an
intermediate service center, or a school district organized
Article 34 of this Code with whom the non-profit eligible
applicant has entered into a partnership."; and
on page 4, line 21, after "Board.", by inserting: "The Board
shall make public any evaluation criteria it uses in making a
determination of program approval or denial."; and
on page 5, by replacing lines 18 through 21 with "program,
