AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2488
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2488 on page 1, by
replacing line 23 with the following:
"(7) The following members"; and
on page 2, lines 11 and 14, by replacing "One" with "one" each
time it occurs; and
on page 2, line 13, by deleting "and"; and
on page 2, line 16, by replacing "residents." with "residents;
and"; and
on page 2, immediately below line 16, by inserting the
following:
"(F) at least 2 providers who hold permits to enter
into life care contracts under this Act, one of whom
shall be a representative of a nonprofit organization
