AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2367
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2367 as follows:
on page 18, by replacing lines 9 through 13 with the following:
"(iii) Convictions for a non-violent offense
that did not result in bodily harm or death to
another person."; and
on page 19, lines 2 and 3, by replacing "other than subsection
(c)(2)(F)(iii) or (c)(2)(F)(iv)" with "other than subsection
(c)(2)(F)(iii)"; and
on page 20, line 2, by replacing "(c)(2)(F)(iii) or
(c)(2)(F)(iv)" with "(c)(2)(F)(iii)".
