AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2296
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2296 on page 51,
line 14, by deleting "regular"; and
on page 51, line 15, by replacing "registered or certified"
with "registered or certified"; and
on page 51, line 17, after "record", by inserting "or, if in
the course of the administrative proceeding the party has
previously designated a specific email address at which to
accept electronic service for that specific proceeding, by
sending a copy by email to an email address on record".
