AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2154
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2154, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
1, on page 27, line 11, after "Authority,", by inserting "a
statewide association representing a majority of hospitals,";
and
on page 42, by replacing line 4 with the following:
"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January
1, 2020."; and
on page 42, line 5, by deleting "becoming law.".
