AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1466
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1466 on page 2, by
replacing lines 20 through 22 with the following:
"(d) Upon authorization by a two-thirds vote of the unit
owners at a meeting duly called for"; and
on page 3, line 9, after "rights.", by inserting the following:
"This subsection applies only to an association with 20 units
or less.".
