with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
1, on page 2, by replacing lines 13 and 14 with the following:
"the Governor;
(17) a representative from an organization
representing farmers, appointed by the Governor; and
(18) the Lieutenant Governor, or his or her designee,".
