AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 806
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 806 on page 2, by
replacing line 20 with the following:
"(e) An inmate designated by the Department's mental health
personnel may not receive nor possess a photograph or image of
a"; and
on page 3, by inserting immediately below line 4 the following:
"(5.1) child pornography;".
