AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 738
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 738 on page 2, line
18, by replacing "12" with "17"; and
on page 2, by replacing line 21 with the following:
"(1) Ten Four in the area comprising Cook, DuPage,";
and
on page 3, by replacing lines 1 through 5 with the following:
"health outcomes in Planning Area A-3. In addition, 2
birth center alternative health care models shall be
located in Planning Area A-2 and 2 birth center
alternative health care models shall be located in
Planning Area A-4."; and
on page 3, immediately below line 13, by inserting the
following:
"(4) One in the City of East St. Louis in Planning Area
