AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 562
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 562, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
1, as follows:
on page 1, line 5, by replacing "Section 4.32 and by adding
Section 4.41" with "Sections 4.32 and 4.37"; and
on page 2, by replacing lines 13 through 16 with the following:
"(5 ILCS 80/4.37)
Sec. 4.37. Acts and Articles repealed on January 1, 2027.
The following are repealed on January 1, 2027:
The Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act.
The Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987.
Articles II, III, IV, V, VI, VIIA, VIIB, VIIC, XVII, XXXI,
XXXI 1/4, and XXXI 3/4 of the Illinois Insurance Code.
The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Repairer Regulation Act.
