AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 259
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 259, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
1, on page 2, by replacing lines 14 and 15 with the following:
"(2) A committed person may not be placed in isolated
confinement for more than 10 days in any 180-day period,
except when the committed person commits an act of bodily
harm to a correctional officer or employee or to another
committed person.".
