AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 243
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 243 on page 1, line
11, after "students.", by inserting "The school district shall
establish the partnership on behalf of all of the schools in
the district; no school shall establish a partnership for this
purpose separate from the school district's partnership under
this Section.".
