Bill Title: Amends existing law relating to the Public School Facilities Cooperative Funding Program to establish provisions relating to the authorization of expenditures for additional plans and information, to provide that the panel shall notify the applicant within 90 days of receiving the application, and to provide that the panel may request a legislative appropriation of additional moneys.
