Bill Title: Amends existing law relating to the public employee retirement system to provide that the term "employee" does not include any person in a position with a city, county or irrigation district that does not exceed eight consecutive months in a calendar year if the city, county or irrigation district certifies that the position is seasonal or casual and affected by weather and the growing season and to provide for applicability to irrigation positions.
