Bill Title: Amends existing law relating to the Idaho Credit Rating Enhancement Committee to revise provisions relating to meetings of the committee; to revise powers and duties of the committee and to provide that the committee shall report to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate by August 1 of each year.
