Bill Title: Amends existing law to provide for limited liability companies relating to dealer and salesman licensing, to provide for denial of licenses under certain conditions; to restrict licensed manufacturers and distributors from engaging in certain acts relating to purchasers of new motor vehicles, to provide for an extension of the operation of a dealership by a manufacturer or distributor; to provide for successors to ownership of dealerships and to provide that a manufacturer may request and receive certain information from a successor to a dealership who is not a family member.
