Bill Title: Stating findings of the Legislature and opposing the adoption of any numeric water quality standard for irrigation under the Food Safety Modernization Act and urging the Commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration to suspend the imposition of rules to implement the Food Safety Modernization Act and to conduct a national review of the impact of all current and future FSMA rules until such time as a clear understanding of their impact can be determined.
