Bill Title: Amends existing law relating to Project Choice and the Idaho State Police to provide that certain personnel shall continue to participate in and benefit from uses of the Project Choice fee and to provide that beginning July 1, 2010, the use of the Project Choice fee shall be restricted to certain personnel.
