APPROPRIATIONS -- PUBLIC DEFENSE COMMISSION -- Appropriates to the Public Defense Commission an additional $100,000 from the General Fund in operating expenditures for fiscal year 2017; and reduces the appropriation to the Public Defense Commission by $100,000 from the General Fund in trustee and benefit payments for fiscal year 2017.
