APPROPRIATIONS - BUILDING SAFETY - Appropriates an additional $270,000 from the General Fund to the Division of Building Safety for the Office of School Safety and Security; transfers $247,500 from operating expenditures to personnel costs in the School Security Assessment Fund; authorizes an additional 5 full-time equivalent positions; and clarifies the transfer of funds to the Miscellaneous Revenue/School Security Assessment Fund.
