Code
2022,
is
amended
by
adding

the
following
new
subsection:

SUBSECTION

A
school
district
shall
not
offer
a

course
pursuant
to
this
section
through
a
community
college

located
outside
of
the
merged
area
in
which
the
school
district
5
is
located
unless
the
community
college
located
in
the
merged
6
area
in
which
the
school
district
is
located
does
not
offer
a
7
comparable
course,
as
defined
in
rules
adopted
by
the
board
of
8
directors
of
the
school
district,
or
unless
there
is
a
wait
9
list
for
the
course
at
the
community
college
located
in
the
10
merged
area
in
which
the
school
district
is
located.
If
a
11
school
district
determines
that
the
community
college
located
12
in
the
merged
area
in
which
the
school
district
is
located
13
does
not
offer
a
comparable
course,
or
if
the
school
district
14
determines
that
there
is
a
wait
list
for
the
course
at
the
15
community
college
located
in
the
merged
area
in
which
the
16
school
district
is
located,
the
school
district
may
offer
the
17
course
pursuant
to
this
section
through
a
community
college
18
located
outside
of
the
merged
area
in
which
the
school
district
19
is
located
without
the
prior
approval
of
the
community
college
20
located
in
the
merged
area
in
which
the
school
district
is

located.

district

enrollment
course
through
a
community
college

located
outside
of
the
merged
area
in
which
the
school
district

merged

the

district
is
located
does
not
offer

a
comparable
course,
or
unless
there
is
a
wait
list
for
the

that

is

wait
list
for
the
course
at
the
community

the

district
may

offer

through

merged
area
without
the

of
