WORKFORCE.
The
governor’s
future
ready
Iowa
alliance
2
established
by
executive
order
number
eighty-eight
shall
3
include
in
the
goals
and
duties
of
the
alliance,
a
review
of
4
the
health
care
workforce
and
recommendations
for
addressing
5
health
care
workforce
shortages
in
the
state.
The
governor’s
6
future
ready
Iowa
alliance
shall
also
include
in
the
alliance’s
7
strategic
plan,
to
be
developed
and
recommended
by
October
31,
8
2017,
any
findings
and
recommendations
to
address
health
care
9
workforce
needs
and
shortages
in
the
state
consistent
with
10
working
toward
the
future
ready
Iowa
initiative
goal
of
having
11
seventy
percent
of
Iowa’s
workforce
educated
beyond
the
high
12
school
level
by
the
year
2025.

bill
directs
the
governor’s
future
ready
Iowa
alliance

of
the

workforce
and
recommendations
for

health

care
workforce
shortages
in
the
state.
The
bill
directs
the
20
alliance
to
include
in
the
alliance’s
strategic
plan,
to
be
21
developed
and
recommended
by
October
31,
2017,
any
findings

and
recommendations
to
address
health
care
workforce
needs
23
and
shortages
in
the
state
consistent
with
working
toward
the
24
future
ready
Iowa
initiative
goal
of
having
70
percent
of

Iowa’s
workforce
educated
beyond
the

school

by
