the

;
who
is
not
a

convicted
felon
as
defined
in

;
and
who
meets
any

of
the
following
criteria:

bill
modifies
age
requirements
for
eligibility
for

foster
care
and
eligible
surviving-child
students
under
the
all

Iowa
opportunity
scholarship
program.

A
requirement
that
certain
foster
care
students
be
between
22
age
18
and
23
in
order
to
be
eligible
for
the
program
is
23
stricken,
as
is
a
requirement
that
the
surviving
child
of
a
24
peace
officer,
fire
fighter,
or
sheriff
or
deputy
sheriff
be
25
under
the
age
of
26,
or
under
the
age
of
30
if
the
child
is
a
26
veteran,
in
order
to
be
eligible
for
the
program.
