RESOLVED
BY
THE
SENATE,
That
the
Senate,

under
the
provisions
of
section
2.32,
subsection
7,

defers
the
consideration
of
the
confirmation
of
all
5
appointments
that
have
been
or
are
submitted
by
the
6
Governor
during
the
last
thirty
days
of
the
second
7
regular
session
of
the
eighty-ninth
general
assembly,
8
and
which
have
not
otherwise
been
acted
upon,
to
the
9
next
regular
session
of
the
general
assembly.
