pursuant
to
subsection

paragraphs

and

the

accreditation
committee
shall
document
whether

the
school
district
or
nonpublic
school
operates
or
provides

for
the
operation
of
a
school
breakfast
program
pursuant
to

chapter
283A.

EXPLANATION

This
bill
requires
the
Iowa
department
of
education
or
a

school
accreditation
committee
to
document
whether
a
school
12
district
or
nonpublic
school
operates
or
provides
for
the
13
operation
of
a
school
breakfast
program
pursuant
to
Code

chapter
283A.
