                             AN ACT
 RELATING TO AMUSEMENT CONCESSIONS CONCERNING ALLOWABLE
    PRIZES AND INCLUDING EFFECTIVE DATE PROVISIONS.

 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
    Section 1.  Section 99B.31, subsection 1, paragraph h, Code
 2018, is amended to read as follows:
    h.  The actual retail value of any prize does not exceed
 one nine hundred fifty dollars. If a prize consists of more
 than one item, unit, or part, the aggregate retail value of all
 items, units, or parts shall not exceed one nine hundred fifty
  dollars.
    Sec. 2.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed of immediate
 importance, takes effect upon enactment.
