bill
relates
to
the
statewide
welcome
center
program.

bill
requires
the
economic
development
authority

to
establish

administer
a
statewide
welcome
center

program
and

and
maintain
all
state-owned

welcome
centers.
The
authority
is
to

state

to
operate

centers

provide
