                             AN ACT
 RELATING TO DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST A LICENSED
    SCHOOL EMPLOYEE REQUIRED TO BE REPORTED TO THE BOARD OF
    EDUCATIONAL EXAMINERS.

 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
    Section 1.  Section 272.15, subsection 1, paragraph
 a, subparagraph (1), Code 2017, is amended by adding the
 following new subparagraph division:
    NEW SUBPARAGRAPH DIVISION.  (d)  Being on school premises or
 at a school=sponsored activity involving students while
  under the influence of, possessing, using, or consuming
 illegal drugs, unauthorized drugs, or alcohol.
