House File 2127 - Enrolled House File 2127 AN ACT RELATING TO PAYMENTS TO CHILD CARE PROVIDERS FROM FAMILIES PARTICIPATING IN THE STATE CHILD CARE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA: Section 1. Section 237A.13, Code 2022, is amended by adding the following new subsection: NEW SUBSECTION . 4A. A child care provider shall be allowed to collect from a family participating in the state child care assistance program the difference between the state child care assistance reimbursement rate and the rate the provider would typically charge a private-pay family for child care, provided
