Summary
A bill for an act relating to matters under the purview of the department of transportation, including provisions for the administration of the department, driver licensing, vehicle regulation, the motor fuel tax formula, and the issuance of citations, establishing a cap on annual deposits to the TIME-21 fund, providing a penalty, and providing effective and retroactive applicability dates.
